Shipping Policy
We use UPS for all of our shipping. We ship only to the Continental United States and do not ship internationally at this time. Due to the dimensional weight of this product, each one is double boxed, packed carefully by us, and insured. Most items are shipped within one to three days of your order, but please allow 2 to 4 weeks. Make sure that your email address is correct because this is how we will let you know your tracking numbers and communicate with you about your order.

If your shipment arrives with noticeable damage on the outside of the box, make sure that your UPS driver notes this damage before you sign for it. If you discover hidden damage, contact us immediately at katybar.com
Return Policy
We must receive your item(s) back to our shipping address within 30 days of delivery to your address of your order.
FOR REFUND.
25% restocking fee will be applied against the refund.
FOR EXCHANGE.
You may return for exchange, merchandise that is in brand new condition. The item must include the original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Any item that shows any use will be refused and returned to you at your cost. Any item missing from the original box including accessories, adapters, manuals, and packaging, will not be allowed to be returned or exchanged. WE MUST BE ABLE TO RE-SELL THE ITEM AS BRAND NEW. Any item that does not meet these criteria will be refused and you will have to pay the shipping cost to get the item back to you.
